Firecrackers lighting up the sky,
Feeling you wanna fly,
A basket full of fruits,
Wishing good luck all it suits.

Polka dots are in demand,
Fad and crazes coming to land,
Wind instruments blown out loud.
Vehicles making noise all around.

Kasabay ng ingay at putukan,
At mga stick ng kwitis na nagsihulugan,
Mga hiling ay isinambit,
Nakasabit at sa pader ay nakadikit.

Akala ay bulalakaw na nahuhulog,
Paniniwalang swerte ang bilog,
Tatalon sa eksaktong oras,
Tatangkad raw ng wagas.


It's the new beginning,
Of the era coming,
Change for the better,
Stop being bitter.

Confess your pain and tears,
Live lively for years,
Forgive whom own their sins,
World peace not just on button pins.
